We recently purchased a townhome villa at Arden Woods in Greenville, SC. Shawn was our sales agent, and the time that she took to answer all of our many questions and even give us a virtual personalized tour of the Arden Woods community since we're out of state was so appreciated. Shawn was present for our pre-construction meeting and has been a professional, positive and knowledgable guide through this entire process! Shawn is an asset to the Ryan Homes family and she is a sales representative who knows the area first hand. We'd highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking for a great community such as Arden Woods.

Leon at Arden Woods was able to walk my husband and I through almost all of the floor plans available so we could get a feel for which one would be best for our family. He was also able to give us estimated costs and payments so we knew what we were getting into before signing anything. Our experience with the purchase of our home was very pleasant. Our many question were answered on the initial call. We were then on video call where we were shown the model and given a tour of the grounds. We booked a flight to see our rep and see the land and community in person. Our rep was extremely helpful in picking out options and showing us the community as well. She walked us thru every step of the financing phase and gave us options. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Visiting a model home in a new sub division can be exciting and stressful at the same time. Our visit to Arden Woods Estates was such a wonderful experience. Upon entering the model home, we were greeted by Sean Hair, whose cheerful smile and welcoming attitude was an indication that we came to the right place. Sean sat with us and truly listened to what we were looking for. He gave us a tour of the model home, pointing out many of the "standard" features that are included with a Ryan built home. What most builders charge as "extras" Ryan homes includes at no extra charge. After our tour, Sean took us around the entire development, showing us the features and amenities of the neighborhood. Sean recommended we look at a model that suited our needs and took us on a tour to point out all the great features. Having purchased a new build in the past, we were very much in tune to the entire process and what to expect. With Sean we were pleasantly surprised. Sean's relaxed demeanor and extensive knowledge of the home gave us so much comfort. We not only knew that we found the perfect home, but we also found the best guy to guide us along the way. Sean gave us so much time over a 3 day period and with each visit, a lot more information. When looking for a new home, it's important to find the right builder AND the right guy to be with you along the way. We are extremely happy with our purchase and are really looking forward to enjoying all of the amenities in the subdivision. I feel so lucky to have Jordan Jarvais as my Project Manager at Arden Woods Estates. I can tell that he is very passionate about his job and is dedicated, organized, and committed to the details. He takes professional pride in his work. He sends me a report once a week explaining everything that is happening at the construction site. He immediately responds to all my my emails and messages and addresses all of my concerns in a timely manner. I am truly enjoying the process thru all the pictures and videos that Jordan sends every week, while my house is being built. My house is being built on time and I already have a settlement date. Prior to that day, I will have my walk through. For what I have seen, I have no doubt I will have no issues thanks to the wonderful job Jordan is doing. I will update this review either way.
