We recently purchased a townhome villa at Arden Woods in Greenville, SC. Shawn was our sales agent, and the time that she took to answer all of our many questions and even give us a virtual personalized tour of the Arden Woods community since we're out of state was so appreciated. Shawn was present for our pre-construction meeting and has been a professional, positive and knowledgable guide through this entire process! Our experience with the purchase of our home was very pleasant. Our many question were answered on the initial call. We were then on video call where we were shown the model and given a tour of the grounds. We booked a flight to see our rep and see the land and community in person. I really like that the model you meet the staff in is exactly like the one you buy. There are 3 options of upgrade. And Logan Kinley whom I’m working with is professional and kind. I’m happy with the location. It’s close to a lot of different interests. Townhome is definitely the route I wanted to go but there’s a lot of houses too if that’s your preference. I highly recommend Ryan Homes Arden Wood Townhomes!
